A Cedar Springs Christmas Parade Application

The Cedar Springs Chamber of Commerce would like to invite you to participate in the 11th annual “A Cedar Springs Christmas” Parade on Saturday, December 7th, 2024.

Parade line up begins at 4:00 pm
Line up location: starting at Cherry Street by the White Pine Trail, east to Main Street, then North to Maple, and West towards Heart of Cedar Springs and White Pine Trail Staging Area
Parade begins at 4:30 pm
Handing or passing out candy is accepted. Throwing candy is prohibited. The Chamber provides the ONE and ONLY Santa. NO OTHER SANTA ENTRIES WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE PARADE.
There is no entry fee due. Donations towards this event’s expenses are welcome but not required. Check donations can be made out to the CSACOC.
Applications are due by November 21st.

Liability Waiver for Participant: As an individual participant/organization in the Cedar Springs Christmas Parade/events presented by the Cedar Springs Area Chamber of Commerce (CSACOC) the undersigned does hereby fully release and discharge the CSACOC and the City of Cedar Springs and each organization’s officers, agents, volunteers and employees from any and all claims from injuries, including death, damages or loss which I/it may have or which may occur to me/it on account of my/its participation in the parade. The undersigned further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the CSACOC, the City of Cedar Springs and their officers, agents, volunteers, and employees from any and all claims resulting from injuries, including death and losses of my/its agents, volunteers, and employees, sustained by and arising out of, connected with, or in any way associated with the Cedar Springs Christmas Parade and events. The undersigned has read and agrees to abide by the Parade Rules & Regulations. The undersigned understands that failure to comply with all stated rules and regulations may result in the removal of its entry from this and any future parades.
