The Board of Directors of the Cedar Springs Area Chamber of Commerce herby approves the voluntary dissolution effective March 31, 2026.

Dear Chamber Members,

I’m writing to share an important update regarding the future of the Chamber.

After thoughtful consideration, the Board has made the decision to formally dissolve the Chamber effective today, March 31, 2026. This was not a decision made lightly. We are incredibly proud of the role the Chamber has played in supporting local businesses, fostering connections, and strengthening our community.

As part of this process, all remaining funds will be donated to the Cedar Springs Downtown Development Authority to support keeping the lights lit along Main Street. We felt this was a meaningful way to continue investing in the visibility, vitality, and spirit of our downtown.

Over the coming weeks, we will focus on responsibly wrapping up operations and finalizing any remaining obligations.

We are deeply grateful for your support, involvement, and investment in the Chamber over the years. Your commitment has made a lasting impact on our business community, and we are honored to have served alongside you.
