On June 15th, 2024 take a trip on your favorite time traveling device and join us for some historic fantasy fun.
This year our Fair takes another theme twist and combines Renaissance, Medieval/Tolkien, Viking, Celtic, and Steampunk. We know it’s not custom to mix the major themes but why not!
Utilizing the new Heart of Cedar Springs Parks, starting at 12pm we will have some educational and entertaining booths/encampments on the northside of Cedar Creek by the walking trails and gardens. This year’s Market Place will be on Main Street for Sidewalk Sales from 4-8pm (setup at 3pm).
Please fill out this form and proceed to the checkout to purchase your vendor booth. This is a RAIN OR SHINE event - NO REFUNDS.
The product you are selling doesn’t necessarily have to be from the event theme, but we ask that you decorate your booth and dress up in clothing/costume from the theme so that you/your booth will fit the theme and activities of the event. As a vendor, you are required to return the site your booth is on to how it was prior to your use. Vendors need to have their own liability insurance. No steel/metal/functional weapons/props. This is a Family Friendly event in the Downtown with social district in place.
